Development Director
Community Labor United (CLU) seeks a dynamic and strategic Development Director to lead our fundraising, relationship management, and outreach efforts within our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nonprofit management, event planning, digital marketing, and grant proposal writing. This role is pivotal in driving the organization’s growth through innovative fundraising strategies, community engagement, and effective communication.
Organizing Director
The Organizing Director oversees all CLU organizing campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution, strong strategy, and a culture of accountability and energy. This role leads campaign planning and implementation across key initiatives, builds and supports coalition partners and grassroots leaders, tracks and reports program impact, and fosters collaboration through training and joint efforts. The Director also supports fundraising, supervises organizing staff as needed, and guides communications to amplify campaign wins and advance CLU’s mission.
Senior Researcher
At CLU, the Senior Researcher partners with Organizers to develop and carry out strategic campaign research that informs campaign goals, strategy, and timelines. The role leads the creation of key campaign materials and also supports fundraising and leadership development through grant writing and popular education work.
