Nacaira Tse Greenaway brings a lifelong commitment to early education to her role of Childcare Organizer. Nacaira most recently served as the coordinator for Care That Work’s non-standard hour pilot at Building Pathways, where she played a key role in matching union parents with family childcare providers. Nacaira comes from a family of family childcare providers. Her mother and grandmother collectively dedicated 30 years to the field. For 8 of those years, Nacaira worked alongside them as a certified assistant, gaining firsthand experience in child development, early education, and the day-to-day realities of family-based care. She carries that deep rooted connection to child care into her organizing work at CLU.
